10 Days Replacement Policy – Aquatec Plus

At Aquatec Plus, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 10 Days Replacement Policy on eligible products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a replacement within 10 days of delivery.

  Eligibility for Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

  • The product is physically damaged upon delivery
  • You receive the wrong item or an incomplete package
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is not working as expected from day one

 Conditions for Replacement

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be:
    • In its original packaging
    • Unused and uninstalled
    • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • Proof of issue (photos or videos) is required during the claim process.

 Exceptions – Non-Eligible Cases

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., due to mishandling or improper installation)
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Claims raised after 10 days from delivery

Replacement Timeline

  • Once approved, the product will be picked up (if required) and a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
