At Aquatec Plus, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 10 Days Replacement Policy on eligible products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a replacement within 10 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement
You can request a replacement if:
- The product is physically damaged upon delivery
- You receive the wrong item or an incomplete package
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is not working as expected from day one
Conditions for Replacement
- Replacement requests must be raised within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The product must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused and uninstalled
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Proof of issue (photos or videos) is required during the claim process.
