Payment Policy

Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, and before the product has been shipped.
  • Once an order is processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

 How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible via:

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  3. If the order is still eligible, our team will confirm the cancellation.

 Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Shipped or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized, bulk, or special-order items are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.

 

 Refund Policy on Cancelled Orders

 

1. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:
   - Orders placed from non-serviceable pin codes will be cancelled by our team. Customers will receive a notification via WhatsApp informing them about the cancellation.
   - A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

2. Incorrect Shipping Address:
   - Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may be cancelled by our team. Customers may re-place the order with the correct details.

3. Out-of-Stock Items:
   - If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify the customer and initiate a full refund for prepaid orders.

4. Verification Failure (COD Orders):
   - If a COD order cannot be verified, it will be cancelled. Customers may re-place the order with the correct details.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders

- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source (debit/credit card, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of cancellation.
- COD Orders: No payment is required for COD cancellations.

Important Notes

Refunds will not be processed if:
- The customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery.
- The order is canceled after it has been dispatched.
- The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or a non-serviceable pin code at the time of purchase.
