Aquatec Plus Shipping Policy
At Aquatec Plus, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite products quickly and efficiently across India. Please read our shipping policy to understand the timelines, charges, and procedures.
Shipping Areas
- We ship across India to serviceable pin codes.
- Non-Serviceable Areas: Orders from non-serviceable pin codes will be canceled by our team. Customers will receive a cancellation notification via WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000 (Subject to change without prior notice)
- Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping fee of ₹35 will be charged for orders below ₹1000 or for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, irrespective of the order value.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within next business days of receiving the order. (Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays)
- For COD orders, the verification process may add an additional day to the dispatch timeline.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery location.
- Remote Locations: For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete.
- Aquatec Plus will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues
- In case of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the order is returned to us due to non-delivery, customers will be required to pay a reshipping fee.
- For damaged or tampered packages, please do not accept the delivery. Notify us immediately at [sales@aquatecplus.in]with photos and details.
Important Guidelines
- Do Not Share OTP Before Delivery: Delivery agents may request an OTP to confirm delivery. Please do not share the OTP until you have received and inspected your product. Sharing the OTP prematurely may result in delivery issues.
- Cancellation Notifications: Orders from non-serviceable pin codes will be canceled, and you will receive a notification via WhatsApp.
